Penny has obtained a Juris Doctor from the University of Technology Sydney. She has also completed a Master of Commerce majoring in Marketing and Japanese from the University of New South Wales and a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Economics and Psychology from the University of New South Wales. Penny has been admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales.
